Talked with a guy today, asking him to look out for me for a place. Turns out he owns a few bits of real estate, 2 of them being income property he wants to sell. One is in Wyandotte, he wants 96,000 for it. One br upper, no carpet yet. Got to him before he did anything with it! Praise God. I told him I can't afford it, then turned around and said what about rent with option to buy? He said he'll talk to his lawyer about it. Wants me to take a look at the property tomorrow!! Early. Any early risers, wanna call and get me up? lol.

I'm like, wow. We'll see how this turns out, wouldn't this be awesome? I may own a rental property!!
